Tasty project for Hampshire Fare
The marketing and promotion of some of Hampshire’s finest products is on the menu for Leepeckgroup which has become a corporate partner of Hampshire Fare.
As one of the leading groups of its kind in the UK, Hampshire Fare is committed to supporting local producers, increasing awareness among the public and organising events such as the Hampshire Food Festival.
Hampshire Fare’s Corporate Partnership scheme features companies which have a strong corporate responsibility to the future of food and farming in Hampshire and its support of the local economy and community fits well with Leepeckgroup.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for us to play a role in the promotion of local produce,’’ said LPG managing director Sue Thomas. “We can use our design, marketing and PR expertise to help the team at Hampshire Fare reach a wider audience than ever before and we look forward to working as an extension of its already successful operation.’’
The PR team at LPG led by Alyson Marlow has already helped one Hampshire Fare member feature in a double page spread in a glossy women’s magazine and secured coverage for the Hampshire Food Festival on The Sun website.
Hampshire Fare manager Tim Brock said that support of companies such as Leepeckgroup was vital in helping the not-for-profit company.
“Our corporate partners are hugely valuable in all aspects of our work and with its experience, contacts and expertise we know that the Leepeckgroup will really add value to all of our marketing activities.’’
The partnership was officially launched at Lyburn Farmhouse Cheesemakers during the recent Hampshire Food Festival.
