Masterstroke for Island masterpiece

The most expensive new home on the Isle of Wight is being turned into an art gallery in an event conceived and implemented by Leepeckgroup.

LPG client Barratt Homes wanted to showcase Nautiqua, a stunning collection of four bedroom luxury houses and apartments located in Cowes in an unrivalled beachfront location. The jewel in the crown is Neptune, a £1.3million contemporary home which features an eye-catching glass encased staircase through the centre of the property. Floor to ceiling windows reflect light across the living area and provide stunning views of the coastline.

Now in a partnership with Kendalls Fine Art, the island’s foremost gallery, Neptune will have works of art installed on its walls for a two week exhibition. The event is being supported by a national and regional advertising campaign together with PR and direct mail.
