LPG upgrades client web support
LPG web customers are set to benefit from the very latest in online helpdesk technology with the launch in March of a brand new support system.
The Work Request System means that clients can quickly and easily ask for anything from fixes or upgrades through to technical support via a dedicated helpdesk at helpdesk@leepeckgroup.com.
“We have always operated a helpdesk system but this new version allows for increased efficiencies with every request logged and progress recorded every step of the way,’’ said LPG digital director Julian Macey. “And now customers can also access this system themselves through a secure and dedicated log-in which means they can see how a request is being fulfilled.’’
LPG web customers qualify for free technical support ‘tickets’ of four x 15 minutes per month. Julian said that clients trialling the new software have been impressed with the ease and security of the Work Request System.
