Leepeckgroup launches new divisions as business drives forward
In an increasingly competitive world it’s vital for companies to shout about their expertise and, as specialists in the creative and communications industry, Leepeckgreenfield practises what it preaches with the launch of a major brand restructuring.
The organisation is now to be marketed under three new names: Blizzard PR, IPUS digital and The Ministry design. Meanwhile Leepeckgreenfield remains as the advertising, media, strategy and planning division but working through the new structure.
These changes, which began with the branding of the company’s fourth generation online management tools as IPUS™ V4 CMS last year, reflect the success the company has had with a dedicated division. The growth of the digital team and its success in providing the very latest web 2 and online marketing solutions to large and small business has been the catalyst for the overall restructure.
In addition each of the new divisions will be large enough to compete head to head with comparable stand alone agencies and therefore will have the opportunity to grow independently.
Today IPUS™ Digital and Blizzard PR account for 60 per cent of the group’s turnover with the remainder covering design, print, advertising, and events.
Sue Thomas, Leepeckgreenfield managing director, will continue to manage the group divisions with Julian Macey, director of IPUS Digital, Alyson Marlow, director of Blizzard PR and Emma Smethurst director of The Ministry.
Lee Peck and Stuart Greenfield, founders of the company, remain as communications and creative directors.

The new structure
Leepeckgreenfield - Full service agency, covering strategic planning, consultancy, media, and management with focus on ideas creation, advertising, copywriting, channelled via three branded divisions:
1. IPUS - digital solutions. Software solutions including IPUS™ CMS V4 CMS tool kit, Web 2 solutions, online advertising, web optimisation and social marketing.
2. Blizzard - public relations and press relations solutions including latest in online PR tools. Crisis management, internal communications, with specialist expertise in property, sport and motoring markets.
3. The Ministry – pure design covering brand, corporate identity, collateral, print, outdoor, online graphics, exhibition and viral film and multi-media.
