LPG is set to put even more Southampton businesses on the map in 2008 after being appointed to work with RTL Games on DESTINATION Southampton – the board game which has taken the toy market by storm.

Already more than 15 regional editions have been produced and now RTL Games has appointed LPGF to handle bookings for Southampton companies to feature on the local version which takes players on a taxi ride past key locations in the city.

The Destination series is the brainchild of Hampshire entrepreneur Rachel Lowe who was famously spurned by the ‘dragons’ on BBC2’s Dragons Den but has since been the driving force behind the successful venture.

RTL Games operations director Frankie Owens said LPGF has been appointed because of its enviable list of clients and contacts in the region. “Locations on the board game are limited and we are expecting huge demand so companies will have to be quick off the mark to ensure they feature in the game,’’ she said.
