Henson stars in Swansea launch
Welsh international rugby union star Gavin Henson was the special guest at the launch of a major new Barratt development in Swansea.
Twenty eight homes were sold on the night as more than 350 people attended the glitzy party at Copper Quarter, a prestigious multi million pound scheme a drop kick away from the Liberty Stadium, the home of Ospreys where Henson plays his weekly game.
The launch was part of a series of five events themed The Big Kick-Off and masterminded by LPG which was responsible for everything from developing the strategy to delivering potential buyers. A key component was the negotiations with the Liberty Stadium, which is also the home of Swansea City FC, to secure the attendance of Henson and his team mates together with ensuring that Copper Quarter had the right profile at the arena.
James Groombridge, managing director of Barratt South Wales, said: “We were absolutely thrilled at the launch which was a great success. To sell almost 30 homes in one night was a big achievement by anyone’s standard. LPGF more than delivered on all of its commitments which is only what we’ve come to expect!” |
