Leepeckgroup’s little black book causes a stir in the south
If you’ve spotted a break in at Leepeckgreenfield’s landmark building just off the M3 – don’t worry.
Intrigued motorists have witnessed eager individuals attempting to break in to the leading Hampshire agency’s Southampton head office this month to get their hands on a copy of the book.
At the first floor window one person climbs a drainpipe brandishing a hammer, at the entrance a couple scale a ladder to steal the books from the office, and another has a go at breaking in with a sledge hammer.
But it’s all quite innocent. The eye-catching life-sized visuals are to launch the south coast agency’s ‘little black book’ which showcases the work LPG is particularly proud of producing over the past year - and asks potential new clients ‘what would you do to get in it?’ for the 2007 edition.
“The idea for this campaign is to demonstrate not only our ingenuity but to showcase our ability to think laterally,” said managing director Sue Thomas, “We are continually coming up with new ideas and new ways of getting a message across to create a talking point – something these banners are succeeding in doing.”
“Up to 50,000 cars pass our building just off the M3 in Southampton every day so it is in an ideal position to reach a huge audience. Our banners are creative and attention grabbing – the essence of what we do here for our clients.”
A new take on the corporate brochure, LPGF’s ‘little black book’ is an attractive hardback of sleek coffee-table quality to demonstrate how the agency works and showcase some of the best creative solutions it has produced over the past year. Each double-page spread defines the challenge the agency was set and gives a real insight into the unique way Leepeckgreenfield thinks and develops campaigns for clients.
“The book highlights the very special relationships we enjoy with our clients and demonstrates why we believe our work fully justifies the agency’s reputation as ‘the region’s no.1’. Anyone can request a book by logging on to www.ourlittleblackbook.co.uk to find out more,” added Sue.
Barratt Homes, Omega Watches, Knight Frank, Hankook Tyres and Go Business Mortgages are just some of Leepeckgreenfield’s client’s which feature in the current edition.
