High flying homes with Barratt

After three years of planning, work is now underway on Barratt Homes’ new development in Dorset – and Leepeckgroup took to the sky to give the property press a bird’s eye view of the development – Honeycombe Beach in Boscombe Spa Village.

Leepeckgreenfield joint chairman Stuart Greenfield said the helicopter trips were part of the overall launch plans for Honeycombe Beach – a strategy which includes PR, press advertising, dedicated brochures and a launch event for the release of the first apartments.

“The landmark design and fantastic seafront location means Honeycombe Beach is an extremely important development for Barratt Homes,” said Stuart,” We wanted to ensure that the journalists could see how the development was taking shape and also to inform potential buyers of the apartments being built in this up and coming area.”
