Guiding National Air Traffic Services to a conference venue

National Air Traffic Services approached LPG to help source a venue for an internal event for their engineers.  They were looking for LPGF to recommend forward thinking, progressive venues. With a slight hitch they had to be available on a specific date and take 150 people.

After much research including Lord Mayors Tower, Eden Project, Science Museum LPGf sourced and recommended the RBS Williams F1 centre in Oxfordshire.  The RBS WilliamsF1 Conference Centre is a new breed of facility, one which meets every conferencing expectation while also being one which invites its visitors to a world away from the routine environment of the workplace and into the enigmatic world of Formula One.

LPGF are working with NATS to ensure the delivery of a professional event to their engineers.  LPGF involvement includes liaison with venue, sourcing and confirming accommodation for all the guests, consultancy on entertainment and agenda for the day.
