helping live8 reach across the globe

Leepeckgroup has been helping the Live8 transmissions reach every corner of the globe.

The LPG technical team has been providing support to the BBC World Service website, which is used by authorised radio stations across the globe to download BBC radio programmes.

LPGF’s technical and programming expertise was used to help prepare the website for an increase in traffic when the Live8 concerts were broadcast.

It meant more radio stations were able to access the BBC World Service website and tune in to the biggest charity broadcast the world has ever seen.
