Barratt homes in on new Group Vision
We were asked by Barratt Developments plc to develop its UK Group Vision. After a thorough strategic planning exercise, we conceived, designed and implemented ‘Building futures together’.
The new Vision comprised five core strands: customers, people, partners, planet and performance.
Our task was to plan and deliver a major internal communications package to convey key messages to all Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ UK . Deliverables included an integrated audio-visual presentation for the annual conference, attended by directors and senior managers. They were shown a film (LPG-produced) where board directors outlined their views and objectives for the future. Our interviews included an in-depth conversation with CEO, Mark Clare, at Barratt’s London headquarters.
In support, we rolled out an extensive communications package for each of Barratt’s regional offices and 35 divisions across the country. Awareness collateral comprised a sticky-note teaser campaign, along with posters, pens, calendars, coasters, mugs and a ‘how to’ toolkit. All carried the new Group Vision livery.
